I want to run my own business. I dont know how to start I have the funds and stuffs that I need but I dont know where to go and who I can come inorder for me to begin it . But i start to research online there are some online services that helps individual and assisting them how to manage our own business well beginning to finances and employees for small business and for big business like HR officers. It is really a big leap to have a business you are not sure of what will happen in the future but there are ways to avoid it. Decisions about vision, strategy, organizational structure and tactics cannot be made until you have first made sure you have the right people on your team, and that they are in the correct positions. You also need to get rid of people who should not be there. When you work hard to understand the reality of your current situation, the correct decisions often emerge. Great companies tend to have cultures in which people have many opportunities to be heard. Sustained success depends on building a culture full of self-disciplined people who take disciplined action. The value of the right people rather than just people as the greatest asset of a company. We can’t achieve peak performance when we think suboptimally. Leading companies employ optimal thinking to optimize thinking, productivity, morale and profitability.Even the struggling corporation some sense of down-the-road planning. You might be fighting with the board on a daily basis over executive compensation. You might be struggling with prioritization of your projects there is always a way on how to overcome those things because you have people who can help you out provides soothing medicine for the indigestion of your company. If you are involved in any human endeavor where people work together to accomplish goals, employees are picked because they are already self-disciplined; they were hired because those who hired them know that if you hire people who are already self-disciplined, they don’t need to be managed guided and taught . In such a company, there is plenty of arguing and debate in pursuit of the best answers, but after the disagreement, everybody gets behind the decision.
