I have been working as a building contractor for seven years now. Our company have been constantly upgrading our equipments and machinery for faster and more efficient results. We need efficient and effective workers.  They need to have good records prior to their application to our company. Once they are appointed in a position, they will have access to our company resources and confidential information, so it is a must to do a background check before we give our full trust in them. The background reports will then be analyzed by the company human resources and we will take it from there.
